These terms govern your use of the ONLAINEZ website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

ONLAINEZ is a digital solutions agency offering web development, mobile app development, UX/UI design, digital strategy, system administration, and web maintenance services. Services are provided on a project basis or via recurring maintenance plans.

2. Engaging Our Services

• Project work begins after written agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing
• Maintenance plans require a minimum 3-month commitment
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
• Not use our deliverables for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for your project (website, app, designs). We retain the right to use anonymized project descriptions in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Our platform, tools, and reusable code libraries remain our property.

5. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and export your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided in good faith and with professional diligence
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use our services for unlawful purposes, attempt to access systems without authorization, interfere with service operation, or upload malicious content.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice
• Maintenance plans may be cancelled at the end of the minimum period with 30 days notice
• Work completed up to termination remains payable

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bavaria, Germany.

10. Changes

We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
